Anda Pav Sausage

The famous English breakfast sausages are all here in a local Indian street food style. All we need is pav [the bread pav] the eggs plain omelette style and some chicken sausages tossed. The best part of this recipe is the quick time it can be made in and you can have it at any point of time when hungry.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut the chicken sausages into small cylinders- max 4 pieces.

Step 2 :

Toss these in a non stick pan with a rub of oil

Step 3 :

Add salt and black pepper

Step 4 :

Once cooked remove from pan

Step 5 :

Break open to 2 eggs in the pan

Step 6 :

Add salt to egg

Step 7 :

Cut Pav into 2 pieces and add it to the egg while it is still liquid and not fully cooked

Step 8 :

Next add the sausages

Step 9 :

Once one side of omelette is cooked turn it to other side

Step 10 :

Cook for another 2 minutes until done

Step 11 :

Fold it into half

Step 12 :

Serve and enjoy your hot anda Pav sausage with tea or coffee
